The Washington International Piano Arts Council, in Cooperation with the De Leon – Khanna Family Foundation, Opens its 2026 Season with a “Prelude to Spring” Concert Featuring Two Filipino Pianists

Father & Daughter Soirée on March 13 to Feature Cocktails, Buffet Reception, and Classics by Gershwin, Rachmaninoff and Chopin
The Washington International Piano Arts Council (WIPAC), in cooperation with the De Leon – Khanna Family Foundation, will be opening its 2026 season with a “Prelude to Spring” concert on March 13 at 6:30 pm, featuring a father and daughter team of Filipino pianists, Jovianney Cruz and Alexanderique Cruz, both pioneers in their own right in building bridges between two countries through classical music.
Enjoy cocktails, a buffet reception, and classics by Gershwin, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, and more. Street parking is available for the concert at the National League of American Pen Women’s Pen Arts Building located at 1300 17th Street NW in Washington, D.C.
